From our discussions via direct message, I will outline below what I understand to be your vision. Please let me know if any details are incorrect, or if you think of any other points you'd like to add:
Project Scope:
You have asked me to create two (2) needle-felted felted landscapes which will be placed in wooden frames so that they are hangable.
One (1) will be a landscape featuring a thatched roof-type cottage set in a green pasture landscape with a few sheep grazing (I have attached some photographs as examples)
One (1) will be a lake view (I have attached some photographs as examples)
Price: $35 each, plus the cost of the frames, shipping, and any applicable tax.
I will send you two (2) invoices, splitting the total cost of this project into two installments. By paying the first invoice it will signal to me that I have correctly described what you have in mind and that you would like me to begin creating your artwork. I will use these funds to purchase all the necessary supplies.
Upon completion (within five to ten business days of payment of the first invoice) I will send you photographs of the artwork completed for you to approve. I will send you the remaining invoice for payment. When you have made the outstanding payment I will mail the finished artwork to you within two (2) business days.
Once again, thank you for asking me to be a part of this exciting project Tere! It truly means a lot to me that you would want to hang my artwork on the walls of your home...or cabin!
