Thank you for visiting our store ! MJ and Me is a mother and daughter manufacturing and business team. We have always loved to create and work on art projects together. We also share a love for reading fantastical books where heroes find a way into mystical worlds and find themselves in the middle of grand adventures. Our handcrafted decor and gifts were fueled by our love for being creative together, and inspired by these stories, our love for being outdoors, and our overactive imaginations!

We incorporate the colors, shapes, and textures from nature into our work. We believe that nature's living energy and resources are powerful, and should be appreciated and protected.
Our hand-felted gnomes and other artwork are lovingly created from mostly wool and wool felt, and sometimes embellished with other natural and plant-based fibers (i.e, silk, hemp, and cotton). Wool is a renewable resource that can be shorn from sheep annually. It is biodegradable and kinder to the environment than synthetic-based materials. Wool is also naturally flame and heat resistant, while being extremely warm and durable.
PLEASE NOTE: cats and dogs (and other fur babies) are attracted to the natural oils they can smell that remain on the wool, and if given the chance, any healthy pet will want to chew up or shred your MJ and Me collectibles. So, keep these items out of pets’ reach!
