Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE:  All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

MJ & Me gladly provides Free Domestic, Insured Shipping on all orders over $75.00!  If you wish to upgrade to expedited shipping, rates will apply.

All of our domestic shipments for orders over $75.00 in the US are shipped free of charge. Customers can select expedited shipping methods for a surcharge.

Our international shipments carry a $5 handling charge if they weigh less than 3 pounds, and $15 for shipments over that weight.

There is a $20 charge on international wholesale orders (over $200.00) and are shipped through FedEx Priority International service. All shipments are fully insured from the time your package leaves our premises to the moment you accept it. All FPO, APO, and DPO shipments will be shipped using the United States Postal Service priority mail service.

Customers are responsible for shipping expenses for all repairs.

International Orders

We accept orders from most international countries.  Please note, recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees associated with international shipment.

 

Expedited Shipping

Alternate Address

We understand that gifts are often bought as a surprise and we sometimes get requests to mail to alternate address other than your home, such as work. To protect you from fraud, if you request delivery to an address other than your billing address we require that alternate address be on file with your credit card company.

If a shipped item is returned to us due to your error (typographical or otherwise) or failure to accept the package (whether you have refused acceptance or not been present to accept), you will be charged a $20 fee to cover the complete shipping and insurance associated with that failed shipment ($50 for wholesale orders over $200). If the shipping address has to be changed after shipping, but while still en route, you will be charged a $25 fee to cover the incremental cost to us.
